The short version
We use your photo for one thing only: to create the preview you asked for and to print the product you ordered. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them in advertising unless you separately say we can.
What we collect
- Photos you upload — used to create your preview and, if you order, to print your item.
- Details you type in — names, dates and messages you want printed.
- Order and delivery information — so we can make and ship your order.
- Basic technical data — to keep the site working and prevent abuse.
How your photo is handled
Your photo is sent to our image-processing partner to create the preview you see. It is never used to train anyone's models, and it is never shown to other customers.
If you place an order, the finished print file is sent to our printing partner so they can make your item.
How long we keep things
- Photos you upload: deleted automatically after 30 days, unless you save them to a pet profile.
- Previews you create but do not buy or save: deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Previews you buy or save: kept in your account until you delete them.
- Order records and print files: kept so we can reprint or resolve issues with your order.
Deleting your data
You can delete any pet profile, saved preview or account from your account page. When you delete something, we remove the actual files — not just the link to them.
To request deletion of everything we hold about you, email us. We will confirm once it is done.
Who we share it with
- Our image-processing partner — to create your preview
- Our printing and shipping partners — to make and deliver your order
- Our payment provider — to take payment
We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing
If you agree to let us feature your order in our marketing, you can withdraw that permission at any time. Agreeing to a review being shown is separate from agreeing to being featured.
